Ok this is very good if you actually try it, but as you read don't say "ahh gross" because that way you wont know if it is really good or not.

buy a peace of very fresh salmon and then mix some lemon and soy sauce in a small plate and without cooking the salmon, try dipping the salmon until it gets cooked with the lemon (the acid in the lemon will cook the salmon) and when it turns from pink to a brownish color that's the time to eat it, but it shouldn't take more than a few minutes. But if you are really grossed out by raw fish, then you can try cooking the salmon just a little bit and then dipping it into the sauce, trust me it is really good.

good luck.

Sausage Cheese Balls
2 cups Bisquick
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound hot sausage

Mix all of the ingredients together. It's not easy but it will eventually mix. Roll into quarter size balls. Place on a pizza pan on top of a sheet of non-stick aluminum foil.
Bake at preheated 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
