I know some genuine ones, and they will tell you stuf that is frighteningly accurate and for free. One of my greatest friends is a native american guy does clairvoyance, and meduimship. We he does events where he charges, most of the money is donated to charity, he does not do it for profit, but to give hop to people.
If you go and see one that charges, maintain a poker face, some charlatans will try and do something called "cold reading" where they will calibrate your facial expressons and will say vague things until you give off a little flinch and thats how they work.
I've seen too much and experienced too much to dismiss their authenticity. Clairvoyance exists, it just finding one that is genuine. Their standard of living is no guide either.
Genuine clairvoyants do not do this for profit or material gaiin, its just something they have to live with. A lot of people with this gift have trouble dealing with the images and feeling they get from people. Looking at their material possessions is no guide whatsoever.

They're all fake, of course. Mostly just selectively attending to "hits", with "cold readings", and sometimes "hot readings" mixed in (ala Jonathan Edwards) and a healthy dose of self-delusion.
The real bottom line: the most important talent for a clairvoyant is the ability to ignore one's errors.

Only people who have never had a clairvoyant experience think it's a load of rubbish. Prove that it's rubbish....what evidence have you got? There's plenty of evidence that clairvoyancy exists - even the Police use psychics to help in their cases. Rubbish? Prove it.

a genuine clairvoyant would automatically be able to guarantee themselves a successful, happy and useful life.
so how come all the clairvoyants you meet are sad losers with no friends who live in trailers?

Have come across terrific ones and awful ones and deluded ones and the mentally ill who like to believe they when they hear voices. Thankfully there are some out there who have proven themselves and have qualifications so you can be sure they are. See source.

There's some excellent ones and of course, just like with any skill, some using it for egotistic gain.

I don't like it when they tell me my future is "freaky" and then ask for $10 for them to tell me why...
