I am not sure this will help but I will try.
First and foremost you must be sure you really want to lose weight
You need to drink 6 medium glasses of water a day.
Then eat 6 times a day.
breakfast of egg and wholemeal toast or similar
glass of juice or water
morning snack fruit or cracker biscuits {2] with topping of your choice
Lunch which if possible would be main meal of day
A salad or green vegetables and carrots and a small serve of potato with lean meat or fish of choice
If not to be main meal have this for dinner and have a salad sandwich on wholemeal bread.
afternoon tea a light snack or fruit
Dinner as before or a light meal of salad and tuna
supper have a warm drink and maybe 2 snack crackers with topping of your choice

If it's just the weight you want to loose

Just plain Running will do the trick.

As for the food habit
Try to have a sheduled breakfast, lunch, dinner everyday.
Don't skip meals and try not to eat a whole cow just because your hungry.
And try not to eat at least 2 hours before you goto bed.
