That would be the Australian Bush Turkey curry.

Catch kill and pluck one bush turkey.

Place in saucepan with three large rocks and boil for approximately one week topping up with water when necessary.

On day 7, add curry sauce, discard turkey and eat rocks!!

maximum cooking time for a curry is couple of hours and that is taking it slow where did you get the idea of cooking one that would take a week

a week?! what are you planning to cook, an elephant?
IMHO the best curries are lamb based, and if you've got time, look for one where you marinade it in yoghurt overnight, as they usually turn out to be delicious!

I know of several that take 3-5 hours, plus soaking of pulses overnight- but not a week!!!!
