Normally you would say "Is there anybody here that/who speaks Spanish?"
Your sentence would only be appropriate if there were lots of people speaking, and you were asking another person whether or not any of them were speaking Spanish! "Is there anybody here speaking Spanish, or are they all speaking German?"
