does anyone know what 8 month old babies should be gaining in weight each week i cant remember if it slows down to about 3oz per week

Actually, there is no set standard (unless you think your baby isn't growing at all). It has a lot to do with genetics. I'm sure your baby is healty and beautiful no matter what.

Sounds like an excellent question for your baby's doctor to answer. I'm sure its relative to what type of baby you want- slim, solid, chubby or fat! You already seem to know the minimum.
