My friend who said there is no submarine tourism, have you heard of Atlantis Submarines that one of the biggest tours with underwater submarines. The submarines can go anywhere fromm 50-200 ft underwater and trust me its awesome when you see the life under water. I tried Atlantis Submarines in Grand Cayman https://www.caymanislandssubmarines.com

There IS submarine tourism. Ever been to Disneyland?. .

Even other than that, there are places you can take a sub ride. It's very costly, tho'. Most people that really want to do that have their own sub.
