i have one electronic project i.e. to make touch bell/button/switch.It has one copper plate when it is pused the ckt switches on and loud speaker makes noise at o/p which has 80 ohm and 500 mW ratings.Pls give me answer in detail and as early as possible.thank u.

I don't think your loudspeaker has 80 ohm @ 500 mW, but 8 Ohm, check again.
So, what you need is the thing that actually makes the "noise".
It is called a bi-stable multivibrator, and there is tons of literature on The Web how to build one.
