Half a virgin is when a woman has an operation to have her hymen stitched back up to recreate a phyisical state of "virginity" Not sure what the proper name for this procedure is...or why anyone would want to have performed though.

There is no such thing really. You cant be half a virgin. Some girl might say she is one because she was drunk when it happened for example, so she doesnt think it counts, but its total crap really!!
