Not only that, stripped of citizenship, have everything they own confiscated, and sieze everything they bought with that money, no matter who ended up receiving it?
(mother, wife, children, politicians)

I think so!
I am sure that some would go so far as to say the death penalty as if they were assisting an enemy in a time of war. I do not go that far!

Smugglers of human cargo (or Coyotes) serve nobody but themselves, and they deal in flesh. Unless they are fellow immigrants (rare), they could care less about the HUMANS they traffic, sometimes rape, often kill, regularly abandon, and ALWAYS exploit. They are the lowest form of smugglers, and they rarely stop with human trafficking. They also deal in drugs and weapons. They are all directly associated with the most violent branches of cross-border organized crime, and many of them have the true potential of being our most dedicated urban terrorists.

There is a supply and demand mechanism in full swing here that must be resolved. But the most vile cog in the mechanism is the coyotes.

I do believe that coyotes should be given the same prison terms as kidnappers, which, I believe, can be a life sentence in many states, and I'm fairly certain can be a life sentence under Federal Law. I don't know about the rest of your ideas, but I don't think it would take much to convince politicians to "relate" human trafficking laws and sentences to existing laws and sentences.

Prison... YES! And five years in prison for those who employ illegal aliens. Five years hard labor for illegal aliens followed by deportation.

Militarize the southern border, with orders to use whatever means necessary to STOP the invasion.

I think I like the idea of EXECUTION better than prison for those who smuggle and those who employ illegal aliens, it would save resources. If there are no jobs for illegal aliens to steal, they would have no reason to become criminals by illegally entering the USA. Everything they do after that is a continuation of that criminal act and could be punished under RICCO statutes as an ongoing criminal enterprise(which is exactly what being here illegally and staying here illegally represents).

No. You see, our correctional facilities are FULL. It comes down to the boiling question. The man/woman did human trafficking. That is a serious crime. No one asked him/her to do it. He/she acted on her own. So what do we do? This born American citizen. . .strip him off his citizenship? Deport him? Where? Have everything confiscated? He didn't set up a drug cartel! I know, I know. There are times when human life is worth less than the material. You do human trafficking and it seems that the punishment is not so great. Drugs, that's different.

North Korea kills any person who smuggles illegals to China. In fact the NK soldiers are trained to shoot to kill if they see the illegals crossing the river to China! Now you tell me one.

It's not mainly americans who "smuggle" illegals in,anyways. Have you ever heard of a"coyote"?These are people(mostly other illegals or green card owners)who help others enter america illegally. You can pay them a few hundred dollars and they'll get you in.How do you think illegals still enter now? They talk of border control and "minutemen"and whatever else, but people are still comin'.And I think it's funny. For all their talk,anti-illegal americans still haven't gained a thing! When are ya'll gonna wake up and smell the chorizo (lol)? No matter what you think you can accomplish by dogging illegals, mexicans, and any pro-illegal on here, you still aren't winning. I know several people who came here illegally just this past month.Whatcha goin' to do about it?

i dont think so. If the so-called "illegals" voluntarily paid the fees and knew of the risk beforehand, why should they be penalized at all? Why? Do you think that America is for the white americans only??? Who do you think own the land you're standing on???? Is it yours? Americans? of course not. If your line of thinking is like that, then the white americans should return the land to the red Indians!!!

Kicked in the nuts 100 times each time caught doing it. Believe me that would be enough. That is probably the worse torture a man can endure

These malefactors must be prosecuted for human smuggling under International Law.

Immigrant smugglers also have no respect for human life. Its all money to them. All too often, people they smuggle would die on their way over here, often in horrid conditions like locked inside railroad tanker cars.

Either way, I say yes.

Yes, absolutely! They should! And those US Border Patrol officers who have been found to be aiding and abeting should receive the same! They are traitors in the first degree!
