2Tm:2:1: Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

2Tm:2:9: Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound.
2Tm:2:10: Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
2Tm:2:11: It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him:
2Tm:2:12: If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:
2Tm:2:13: If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.

Why is being a sheep that walks among wolves the toughest road to walk in?
I think, it is because it is based on the denial of self-adequacy and the voluntary surrender and trust to the authority of a Lord. The total submission to someone you cannot see. And all this, in the midst of a wicked world that exercises strong influence to it's benefit.
It's an amazing experience, a wonderful adventure

How is it the toughest road to walk. All the presidents of America have been christian. They hold sway and dicate American policies and Christmas is the only religious event that is a federal holiday. There are Christian TV stations.
The only way it could be hard is if you all are so spoiled you don't know how good you got it,

the word says we either serve God or satan so to me the battle starts when we are saved see uintil then satan already has us but once we are serving God he's angry at us at choosing God so he fights us every step of the way remember he came to steak kill and destroy. satan will take everything from us if we let him. that's the bad news the good news is that Gods still on the throne and we have power to overcome all thru the blood of Jesus Christ

It is not only difficult coz we change our sinful human lives of drinking, sex, drugs etc, but the is an amount of critisism involved when you become a Christian.
