I have been to 4 different doctors for these terrible infections on my face. I've been diagnosed with folliculitis, impetigo, staph infection, and acne...and I have been given antibiotics for all of these on and off for the past three years.
I have tried to explain this unusual substance that seems to be living under my skin, mostly by my ears, only recently my whole entire face is involved. Where there is no infection that I can see or feel, any sort of pressure, especially while washing, will bring a white, fluffy, cotton-like substance to the surface. Sometimes, it looks like white foam, other times, it's more like fuzz and I start getting a tickle in my throat, which causes me to cough...strange, I know.
What has caused me to have to go to the doctor over and over, are the awful and ugly sores that continue to occur anywhere I get a small scratch or a pimple... or they just appear out of nowhere. They are painfully swollen, bloody, and filled with something like wet cotton.

Maybe it's some sort of fungus infection? Have they ever given you an antifungal? Have they taken a sample and looked at it under a microscope?

It's called slave-infection. One of your ancestors used to pick cotton and somehow it got into their blood stream. Now it's trying to free itself from your face.

Sounds to me as if you need the services of a dermatologist. Maybe even an allergist... Good luck!

Try and visit another skin clinic and explain all these conditions you have mentioned.
