I am confused, occaisonally I hear on the news something about Israeli Arabs, arn't they Palestinians? who are the Israeli Arabs? what do they believe? who do they support? are they citizens of the Jewish state? do they serve in the Israeli Army or Government? Do they share all the same rights as Jews? What religion are they? are the Muslims, Christians or Jews? who are they?

Well, all things being literal (at least in this case)... Israeli means that they are citizens of the State of Israel and Arab mean that they are ethnically Arabs.
Yes, they do serve in the Israeli Army (but they do not have the draft so it is largely volunteer). Yes, they do have elected officials that are democratically elected in the government.

The Israeli Arabs religiously are either Muslim or Christian.

Arab Israelis are, in fact, Palestinians who have managed to keep their homes within Israel's borders, Israel proper that is, not the West Bank or Gaza. They are allowed to exist as a minority, after the majority were pushed out in 1948. They currently number about a million or about 15% of the population of Israel. They are allowed to vote and have members of parliament. Some of them are collaborators with the Israelis who have been allowed to live in Israel as they would be murdered as traitors in Palestinian areas. Most, however, live as quietly as possible as Israeli citizens. They can't be called Palestinians because that would legitimise the Palestinian cause, so the Western and Israeli media call them Israeli Arabs.

Israeli Arabs are Arabs who are citizens of Israel. Palestinians are the group of people without a state because the land that they are occupying belongs to Israel. Israel is a Jewish state, thus Palestinians are not citizens of the Jewish State.

for 2 important motives, neither having to do with Apartheid: (speedy be conscious: Druze Arabs are drafted into the IDF, so your declare isn't completely precise.) -at first, this variety, Israeli Arabs are actually not compelled into circumstances the place they could could desire to combat, or perhaps kill, their Arab cousins. -Secondly, in spite of being Israeli electorate, many Arab-Israelis are adversarial to the rustic, and does no longer hesitate to instruct over suggestions they learn from the IDF to its enemies (procedures, coaching, troop positions, etc.) in spite of the shown fact that, in the event that they so pick, Arabs can serve, although they do no longer seem to be legally compelled. oftentimes in spite of the shown fact that, Arabs who do connect the IDF are careworn with the aid of their fellow Arabs and subsequently pick to stay nameless whilst giving interviews, etc. i'm no longer particularly useful what approximately this technique potential that Israel is an Apartheid united states of america.

Israeli Arabs are what their name says...they are Arabs that live in Israel. Palestinians are Arabs that live in the "Palestinian" areas of Israel. Same thing really, just that the Palestinians gave themselves that name so they could claim the land of Israel as their own (Palestine). That is how I understand it. anyway.

You are getting nationality and religion confused. You can be of any religion, and live in any state. Hard to believe there are actually Christians in Palestine, doesn't it? But this is true.
