If she continues to hurt you, she is doing it wantonly.
Keep her away from you for sometime. Ignorance is the best medicine. See whether she understands your reaction. If she behaves properly no problem. otherwise, you have to leave her aside, to avoid further hurting. At the same time, make her understand, the size never matters in sex. The pleasure that matters. Some women and men are senseless. You cannot change them, but to ignore.

If that really bothers you, tell her it hurts your feelings. Just talk to her. She may eventually get the point.
If it is just unpleasant, just joke about it too, like, it's not size that matters, etc. Make the best of it, and when she sees that it doesn't matter to you, she may stop joking herself.
