Well first get a lice kit at your nearest walmart or any drug store even grocery stores usually. Follow the instructions on the box also to use the lice comb and make it easier for you to comb out the eggs and lice put baby oil or if you don't have baby oil you can use cooking oil then take it in little sections and comb with lice comb from the very top of your root to the bottom. Also get the lice spray for the house and spray it all over also in your cars and over all surfaces that you can use it on and that you have been in contact with. Wash your bedding, pillows, rugs, also anything else you can think of that may be infected. repeat the ritual as often as the directions on the box or in it say to til it's gone!!!! Good luck. Let us know how it goes!!

Unfortunately, I grew up in a neighborhood where head lice was as common as a cold. Don't fret, it's curable. Have you tried Nix Shampoo? That is the best one as far as I'm concerned. I would suggest asking a close friend or family member to go through your hair and pick out all the eggs. It's not pleasant, and it takes awhile, but it's better than living with the lice.

Before you do anything, try to figure out how you got it. If you get rid of yours but are still in the situation where you contracted it, getting rid of them won't really help. Get a lice shampoo like, Rid or NIX, also get a really fine toothed comb. Use the shampoo, use the comb (if you towel dry your hair wash the towel immediately and put in the dryer - don't leave the towel around to be used again!) after that massage mayonnaise all over you scalp and cover with a shower cap leav it for like 8 hours (they used to recommend Vasoline, but that takes FOREVER to get out) wash out with the lice shampoo, rinse wash, rinse wash rinse and wash and rinse. Seriously it will take that much washing to get the mayo out, but the mayo smothers the lice. After you can tell that the mayo is outand your hair is clean you might need to condition because you just put your hair through a lot. But that will work..Good luck

It sounds like you have head lice, this is easily treatable with a cream from the pharmacy. Clears it up very quickly.
