Bribe a Filipino government official. No one here knows. And if you mean people banned from entering the US from the Philippines then maybe try the FBI of INS or the State dept. but i doubt the will give them to you. Privacy act would probably prohibit access to that information.

I don't think that info is out there; besides u would trust that gov???,,, the shoe queen & co have gone, but the real heavies r still there...Hell, they would like to export 80% of the population!! just to make more room!
