The same thing the rest of the muffin is made of. Flour, Sugar, Salt Yeast Eggs Milk, Baking powder, Baking soda and a splash of vanilla for flavor!

it's made out of people... that's why i have English muffins for breakfast every day... can't get enough of that taste
