Quit sitting at the computer all day, take in less calories than you burn off.. Run, walk, play basketball, baseball, football, ride a bike, swim, tennis, volleyball, anything. Move your butt not your fingers on a keyboard.

Eat less. Eat healthy balanced diet. If you are serious, start playing foot ball. Within a month, you will get reduced and within 6 weeks you will weigh about 65 kgs.

Jogging or walking. Try lifting weight and doing crunches! Pushups also!

pushups, martial arts,and basketballs. You are too young for weights yet,it might stun your growth.
