Meat tends to turn greyish after it sits in the fridge for awhile. Green? Are you sure it isn't spolied. Your first clue will be a rancid smell. What is the sell by date?

Perhaps a bowl of cereal would be safer?

Do yourself a favour...make a veggie burger or egg/cheese/salad burger instead!

If part of the meat is rotten...the bacteria may have spread throughout without you realising it!

Many butchers use sodium metabisulphite as a preservative to keep meat looking new and fresh...however it could be days old and off. If your meat has been partially treated with this preservative...it might explain why some looks good, whilst the rest looks rotten.

Simple answer...if it looks rotten...it probably is!

Is it worth spending a day or 2 trying to decide which end of your body to cram into the toilet bowl because of food poisoning...just to make a hamburger???

Your call...

You have had your meat in the fridge too long. I wouldn't chance it if I were you. If you eat at this hour in the morning, you will find it more difficult to get to sleep on a full stomach.

Maybe your 'off' meat is a sign to leave the burgers and go to bed!

nicely in case you're uncertain do not notwithstanding... in case you a making a meatloaf or some thing that calls for you to cook dinner it through and through... Then it will be ok... In different words, i does no longer be making a medium uncommon hamburger out of it... i'd recommend making pasta sauce with it or chili which will require it to be thoroughly cooked....yet as long as you cook dinner it only somewhat longer it is going to probably be good.... I did a similar component with mine and it changed into gray and smelled somewhat bitter notwithstanding it changed into superb... good success....

don't eat rotten meat, the toxins spread so that even if you cut of the obvious parts the rest is still tainted and could make you sick.
Have a veggie snack or order pizza delivery.

Don't risk food poisoning. Throw that meat away and eat some crackers or popcorn!

Hamburger that has been exposed to the air or frozen and then defrosted sometimes turns gray..if it smells O.K. it probably is O.K. if in doubt throw it out!!

You really shouldn't eat it.
If part of it's rotten then it probably isn't good any more.
Unless your willing to get food posining.=/

Just make something else.
It's not worth the risk.

That's disgusting, don't eat any of it. Just drive to McDonalds, most are open 24 hours.
