That's because your skin PH is too alkaline!
Next time, shower first to get clean, then: take a bath adding 1 cup of Heinz brand "Apple Cider Vinegar" to the bath water and just soak for at least 15 minutes.
This will adjust you skin's PH and you'll feel wonderful... plus, your skin will look and feel healthy - guaranteed!!

You are either having an allergic reaction to whatever you're putting in your bath water (bubble bath, oils, etc) or maybe even your soap. Do you have severe dry skin? All of these are possible reasons.

You have dried your skin out, put lots of lotion on after a shower or bath. You will notice the difference right a way. Most water have clorine in it, and it has a tendacy to dry your skin out. Just apply a good moisturizing lotion.

It might be that you have hard water. Try using a body wash made for a baby. Can't hurt anything to try, right?

You're probably slightly allergic to the soap you're using. Try something like Ivory soap, that doesn't have fragrance or color added to it.
