Is it bad to mix benedryl and tylenol to help me sleep?

I worry a lot about my pathetic life and need to finally sleep, is it bad to mix benedryl and tylenol?

Tylenol PM has Benedryl in it, so it's not ok. But just Tylenol is ok with benedryl.

no, in fact, Tylenol markets this combination as Tylenol PM. They are safe to take together.
