After reading what you have to say here, it is my opinion that you Begin ReBuilding yourself from the Inside out.
I would suggest that you not look for a Woman right now. Figure out how to establish a more confident "You" first.
Make a Commitment to yourself to Improve something about yourself Daily, Weekly or Monthly. Start off small so that it is something that is possible to achieve. From there your self improvement will grow.
If weight is an issue then begin there. Maybe eliminate 1 thing at a time. (Eg. You might say, Just for Today, I will only drink Water when I eat something. Instead of beer, soda, kool aid Etc.)
I am not suggesting a Diet. I am suggesting Life Changes. Making Life Changes is not the same as a Diet. A Diet Limits you. Life Changes Work towards the Better good of your Totality. Body, Mind and Soul.

OMG I had to take this one!! First at 6'3" you can't possibly be as big as you're making yourself seem. Cheer up. Anyway I consider myself overweight. I'm 5'7" and like 215. However, I put all of me into relationships and most guys don't appreciate it because they don't understand it. Treat ladies like you think they should be treated and I mean all ladies not just the ones you like. Treat friends, enemies, even strangers the same and one day someone will recognize what a fabulous person you are.

6,3 300 pounds? doesn't sound that bad.
Black???! You shouldn't have put that up there, it isn't an issue. You should never date someone that would even care what colour you are, and white is as much of a colour as black.
Be yourself, if you are not confident try out some internet dating that will boost your self confidence and then go out with that girl.
Good Luck

Umm give me a "Hey, how ya doin?"
Seriously, talking with women that I know, alot of them are pissed Micheal Clark Duncan slimmed down. ASK the girls, I KNOW IT'S HARD, but a little courage goes a loooooooooong way in our books. Plus I bet more women than you realize, think you are GREAT just the way you are ;-)

as long as you are a nice guy you'll meet a nice girl eventually you don't need to add or mention your color cause in this day and age it shouldn't matter, but one thing you could have mentioned was your age, not that that should matter either, but all I can say is just be yourself, and don't be aggresive, finding a nice girl can take some time
