LOL, sex is not a workout...it may feel like one sometimes...but it really isn't!

for weightloss, I would recommend running. I am guessing you could drop 15 pounds in less than 2 months and keep it off forever. running is nice because you can always try a new route, you can do it absolutely anywhere (i have run in amsterdam, chicago, paris, tallinn, moscow, vegas, beaches, woods, etc etc) if you just pack some running shoes. I have found run groups on the internet and run with them while on vacation and met great people. Give it a shot!

If you have satellite TV, there are alway exercise programs. And not just the "boring" ones. They have the Strip Tease aerobics and the belly dancing programs. Those are pretty fun and you can learn a sexy new dance. ;)

Or if you have a music sharing program that allows video downloads, type in "exercise" or "workout" and see what pops up. You never know what you might like.

Carmen Electra's Striptease DVDs are pretty fun, and as you advance through the dances you can really feel it working... they get pretty tough

Also, joining a gym is great motivation since you're paying for it, so you might at as well go

Swimming is a great workout that doesn't feel like a workout

Or just playing tennis, basketball etc at night with some friends is great for burning calories but doesn't feel like exercise.

Good luck! :)

I gotta ask, Bree. Why do you think you need to lose 15 pounds? I've seen your picture. You're cute as hell and don't look like you need to do ANYTHING to improve. But, having said that......

Do you swim? They say swimming uses every muscle in the body. I can't think of a better workout than that. Roller skate? That's good, too, especially with the ol' MP3 player / Ipod. Soccer, volleyball, Frisbee? I LOVE Frisbee.

Listen to music that gets you pumped up. Get lost in your music (it will take you mind off the exercise, so much so that you wont notice to much that you are actually working out.)

Get a friend who is about in the same shape as you are. (That way you two can do the same amount of push-ups and sit-ups together, and not feel as if you doing this all by your self)
You two can talk and gossip, and soon you two wont even think about the workout. (plus it is always funny to see someone esle go through the same pain your in.

It's summer time! Swimming is a great way to enjoy, loose not wanted fat, kilos, worries, etc., by making friends, spend quality time together, come closer to Mother Nature!
Then, walking with some friend, philosopher like, discussing and calming the inside and outside of yourself!

Walk, jog, or run in new places - surely there are new neighborhoods around you that you've never seen before - I'd recommend looking for a local park that might make a good target destination.

BTW, if you're really looking for a new kind of exercise, I might recommend bicycling. . . it's not that expensive to get into, and can take you farther than you thought possible.

Best way to enrich your exercise routine is by finding new activities that you enjoy. Find activities that fit your lifestyle. There are many: dancing, tennis, swimming, walking, bicycling, martial arts (judo, karate, tai chi), train for an athletic event (triathlon, walk-a-thon, bike-a-thon), canoeing, horseback riding, ice-skating or roller-skating.

I crank music and dance my heart out for 20 mins 2X a day. You also would have to watch your calorie intake obviously.
