Please don't think about losing weight fast at your age, b/c you can really hurt yourself esp. seeing as you're still growing.
Do your best to stay away from junk food like chips and greasy things. Eat smaller portions if you tend to eat a lot at once. The most important thing to remember is DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! That really doesn't help at all. Your body goes into a "starvation mode" and actually tries to pack more fat on. Concentrate on eating smaller, healthier meals more times a day. ALWAYS eat breakfast and get 8 hrs of sleep. Drink lots of water too, and try to drink at least 8 glasses a day.
For exercise, try doing a lot of walking or bike riding. You can also do things like jumping jacks, skip rope or jogging in place. Don't overdo it though! 20 minutes at a time is enough when you've got your heart rate going fast. If you like dancing, try dancing to 4 or 5 fast songs in a row.

If you want to lose weight fast you need to sweat either by running or doing some kind of cardio. Billy Blanks cd works very well. You will lose water weight fast which should drop you a few pounds.

ok...well first off all ur only 11 so dont worry too much...the best thing to do is run (running will not only help use weight but it will help keep weight off as it increases ur metabloism (which breaks down fats and foods) other things u should do is ab work. You could also do things like step-ups to help get that heart rate up and burn calories (running stairs would help too) well i hope this helped you...but also remember losing weight and keeping it off isnt ez and doesnt magically happen...its going to take alot of work. good luck!!! contact me if u have ne more ?

Chill: you DO NOT need to lose any weight. First off: you're only 11. If you currently carry a tad of the "baby chub" on you in places....believe me: it'll soon disappear for you WILL grow out of it.
Be positive minded, relax and focus more on exercise than diet.

a) losing weight fast is bad for you
b) the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to change your diet..eat more fruits & veggies, less junk food & cut out soda's ( I lost 10 lbs in a month just by cutting down soda and chips) and start exercising!

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

that's not that much. You are still growing give it time. Maybe joing a sport at school or do some activities with your friends, such as walking.. volleyball.. basketball.. something you really enjoy.. stay away from junk food (no cheetohs .. or fatty cafeteria food...)... you'll be fine ! good luck :)

NO fast food
NO SODA!!!!!!! ( i cant stress that enough)
lots of water
stay active through your whole day.
get plenty of sleep.
vegetables and protein at night
carb intake should be mianly from 9 am - 4 pm

substitute fried or oily and meat foods with more vegetables and fruits...gd 4 ur health..clear ur fridge with all those tempting foods..
drink lots of water..if u r hungry before meal, take a fruit 4 bite..
