buy some antistatic spray from the store, spray it around, also start using fabric softener in laundry, if it is in tour hair you can spray it in your brush and brush your hair.

I am assuming you are talking static electricity causing static cling and everything is shocking you. If the is the case. Get a humidifier. Also get a gage that tells you your humidity levels. They should be in the average 50%-60% levels. Static builds up bad in low humidity levels.
Get fabric softener sheets for getting rid of it quick in clothing, just rub it directly on your clothes while you are wearing them.

I have the same problem. Very frustrating. I've tried everything out there, but I have found that if you take a dryer sheet and run it over your hair it helps get the static out!

sure, a dryer sheet will work, but you end up smelling like fresh laundry... sometimes a stronger conditioner will work. Living in FL, for me, humidity is tough! Try a leave-in conditioner or I use Dove shampoo and conditioner that has extra moisturizers in it, that helps.

wash your clothes with fabric softener, moisturize your skin, and use a leave in spray in your hair.. I really like Biolage smoothing shine milk.. it is very light and it will keep those fly aways gone
