Meat is already hard to digest as it is, and while you are sleeping the process will take even longer. I guess it's okay to do it once in a while, I wouldn't call it unhealthy....

Eating 3 hrs before you go to sleep is the healthiest way to live. But we can't do it. So it is better to stop eating heavily before bed.

Well its probably not best to eat anything before bed really, not the best opportunity for food to be digested.

yes because all the fat will not be burned in your sleep and they will become your fat and fat isnt really good for your body if you have it in excessive rolls. a little bit of healthy fat is good.
