Honey you don't have to get freaked out about periods but the future relationships with menLoL
just kiddin...Well...If the color of the blood that first comes out doesn't look like the blood that comes out when you bleed, don't be scared. In the first days of your period usually the color of your blood will be darker like brownish color. This is totally normal.
Second of all, relax.Give yourself an award of your favourite chocolate bar, since during your period your blood sugar may drop.So sit back and enjoy your yummy chocolate:)
Third, you may experience a slight ache on your stomach, this will pass soon.If it gets a bit heavier , simply go to a clinic and get yourself an anti ache shot.Soon the ache will be totally gone.
You may feel more anxious than normal during your period but this also passes in two-three days time.
You might not like the way it looks, the way it smells and the way it feels so whenever you feel disturbed wash the area without using a soap(soap might give you an allergic reaction in that area) unless it is a special soap for the female reproduction organ.
Use the right pad.Otherwise since you are not experienced, you may have some difficulty in controling the blood coming out and might have to change your underware and stuff too often.Use the bigger ones.
I recommend you to read about what's going on inside of a female during mensturation.Learn your body and the process that's going on during the period. This will help you understand and accept it easier.
DON'T FREAK OUT.IT'S THE SIMPLEST THING ON EARTH.
Take it as a natural thing. You are becoming a woman!:)

Okay, it was a looooong time ago, but I seem to remember being a little freaked. I was over it quite quickly though b/c it's not painful or anything, just a little weird. Keep in mind that everyone gets it and it's as natural as breathing. Also remember to wear a liner everyday b/c when it does happen you don't want any embarrassing moments.

Don't think about it so much..just have a pad in your purse on the ready so you don't get caught off guard, when you go out to eat or at school and you should be fine. Also try to find relaxation methods that make you less stressed that way you won't cramp too much when it does come. i.e. exercise, soothing music, yoga, dancing...whatever helps you calm down after a hectic day.

I was just like you...I couldn't wait for my period to come...I wanted it. Then when I stopped waiting for it and wishing for it, it finally came...Other than having the necessary supplies, there is nothing you can do to prepare yourself. Just make sure you have a good support system like your mom or someone else who is older who you can talk to about it.

You don't become a woman just because you bleed half to death. It means you can reproduce, but it's not like you're going to...... right? Hopefully not. Just keep a pad or something with you. Why the would you ever even look forward to it?????? You'll wish it would end soon enough.

try and stay calm it will be a little scary but when it comes you just have to try and tell yourself that its here a new beginning instead of seeing it as a bad thing think of it as a good thing all part of growing up. its natural and normal. Good luck.

you, ma'am, are too young to be on here, especially revealing your age.

don't do that. ask your mom personal questions, kiddo. if not your mother, try an aunt. if you don't have one, use a sibling's older friend. if you don't have one of those, FIND an older friend.
