Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Put it in a nice way. Dont give them orders and say things like "YOU'RE TOO FAT, GET YOUR A$$ OFF THE COUCH AND RUN!!!!". Be a role model. Invite them for morning runs (meaning you do it yourself too), trips to the gym, hikes and when you go out with them, encourage walking. You should take into consideration all the time that they're old and maybe ageing even. Their body is no longer in the same peak condition as yours (assuming it is). There maybe a threshold where thats the farthest they can go with being fit. Dont expect them to look like they were still nineteen. But if they're obese and unhealthy, theres a reason to motivate them.

The key is to express your concern for their health. Do it without hassling them at all. Just make your concern clear. Something like "mom and dad, I love you guys a lot, and I want to make certain you last for a while. I want to help you get fit, because I'm concerned about your health."

The next step is to actually go with them on a walk. If you have to go out of your way to go to their home (if you don't live with them) in order to get them to walk, do it. It takes from a month and a half to three months in order for new habits to develop. It's going to take them walking every day for at least a month and a half for them to even have a chance of picking it up as a habit.

Good luck!

By asking your parents to lose weight you're telling them that you love them and you want them to stick around
... to see you graduate
... to see you get married
... to hold their grandchildren
etc.

But don't hold any expectations that asking them will actually change anything. Your parents know what the consequences of their weight is. (So do smokers, but do they quit?)

As a loving child, you may also need to understand what benefit they get from being overweight. If you think about it, they're fat for a reason. And it probably goes far deeper than liking to eat high-calorie food. They have needs that being fat meets. Until they understand these reasons, short term diets or moderate exercise plans are bound to fail.

Yes, it's rude regardless of who the people are. Some people are motivated by being personally attacked, but most just fall into deeper despair. It may help to invite them to go for walks or join a gym together or bike ride. Give a hand up and lead by example.

I think it's all in how you present your concern. Tell them you love them, but you are worried about their health. Suggest to them that you would like the entire family to start eating better and that maybe as a family you could all go on walks together after dinner? If your concern is stemmed from your love for them, it will not come across as rude!

Don't hassle them. Offer to cook, and cook healthy foods. Offer to spend time with them riding bikes or going for walks. And sit down with them and say that you're worried about their health and you'd like the whole family to eat better and get more exercise.

It is not rude to care about people be they family or not ...... rudeness is in how you seek to do the intervention ..... it cab be done with class and tact. The best way would be to hire a psychotherapist with experience in facilitating interventions as the compulsive habit of using food to modify moods and cope with life stressors is a hard one to deal without professional help or a great deal of motivation.
