As a start, you can start by walking fast(hills if possible) for 30 mins everyday BEFORE YOU EAT ANYTHING IN THE MORNING RIGHT AFTER YOU WAKE UP!!
And as your condition gets better, you can add some jogging in adjunction to this 30 mins of fast walk step by step in smaller amounts of time. Finally, you may take it up to 20 or 30 mins of jogging in adjunction to 30 mins of walking.
Just start by walking hard for 30 mins before every breakfast.
This is the procedure I've started following in order to lose weight.
If you want,I can also share my diet with you just send me an e-mail.

If you're getting desperate you need to stop, take a deep breath and get your perspective back on the right track. Losing weight is a slow process. You can't rush it. You have to know your current fitness level and push yourself to go a little farther each day or week. It's important to keep good records of your calorie consumption and exercise duration or distance or both. That way you can incrementally increase at the right pace. It helps to have a trainer. I wish I could afford one. If not try to listen to the real experts and ignore people that are selling diet products and books.

based on age/health/weight/sex you have to reach a certain heart rate for 45-60 minutes straight. WHEN you say 1 hour work out, starting off does not count. IT HAS TO BE THAT RATE FOR THAT TIME.

research on webmd.com.....it will give you the specifics. good luck.
