You know, I've never hear of anyone trying this, and I guess it could be harmful, but maybe try masturbating with hot sauce. I'm sure the burning sensation will stop you from doing that.

well i guess stop watching porn so that you won't be obsessed by it. And also start to do the things you like most perhaps spent more time on your hobbies....and lay off work for a while so that you won't feel stressed and then to relief yourself thru masturbation.
