What I thought was dandruff ended up being product build-up. You can rinse your scalp with a mixture of vinegar and water, or scrub it with baking soda. My grandma used to rinse it with Sea Breeze Asrtingent.

First of all, you need to determine whether or not you have dandruff, dry scalp, or just build up.
What kind of shampoo are you using? Cheap shampoo will dry out your scalp. My boyfriend thought he was suffering from dandruff for years, until he met me and I just bought him a salon shampoo - within two shampoos the flakes were gone.
If you are not using a cheap shampoo, are you using a conditioner. Your scalp is skin too and it needs moisture. Sometimes, especially if you have short hair, it doesn't get this. Try massaging conditioner into your scalp. This is most common in hot or dry weather.
It may very well be dandruff. DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT use over the counter products such as Head and Shoulders. These products strip away the top layer of skin on your scalp (the flaky layer) and the flaking does stop, but as soon as you discontinue use, the flaking starts all over again, because much like a healing wound, the skin is growing back and it flakes. Try a product with Tea Tree in it, like Paul Mitchell, or any salon quality (meaning bought in a salon) dandruff shampoo. These usually contain something gentle to get rid of the dandruff.
If none of these work, then go see a doctor

This answer is probably going to be to simple for you and you'll just blow it off.
However I have twenty five years of intelligent experience.
And, I'm going to give you this advice for absolutely nothing.
Ready?
Wash your hair gently, do not scrub your scalp, I repeat, do not scrub your scalp. Use diluted liquid dish washing soap.
Rinse thoroughly.
Do not scrub your scalp.
Be sure to do it daily for at least a week. After that you can use the same soap you shower with.
It'll work as good as any and better than most.
Do not scrub your scalp.
Most of what people consider dandruff started as dry flaking usually caused from a wet head that's than been to vigorously scrubbed in an effort to clear it up but instead continue to make it worse.
Wash your head and scalp.
Don't scrub.
. Good Luck, and remember,..
Do not scrub your scalp.

"can i get loose from i8t."
What do you mean? I don't think dandruff has anything to do with you getting loose. I'd talk to your Dom about that...He/She obviously isn't doing a very good job if you're getting loose...ask Her/Him to tighten those restraints!!!
Now, about that dandruff problem. Try using Selsum blue, and be sure to RINSE COMPLETELY!!

Simply apply Apple Cider (Vinegar) onto your scalp and massage it gently, leave it for like 15 mins then you rinse off. Repeat the procedure for 3 days, should get better each day.
