i had my daugther 4 weeks ago in after birth i lost 20 lbs i want to lose 75 more what is the best way to do that i usely only eat one time a day and i go for walks every night and run after my 2 yr old son is there a good diet pill that works n what else can i do what the best exercise and the best food to eat

The way I use to do my diet is this:

Take a break fast after 3 hours take a snack, take a lunch, after 3 hours take a sanck, after 3 hours take a Dinner.

For example:

7:00 AM Breakfast
10:00 AM snack
1:00 PM Lunch
4:00 PM sanck
7:00 PM dinner

All meals and snacks should be little portions, low fat, low carbs and low calories. for the meals take agood break fast, at lunch and dinner eat fresh veggies, and meat (Proteins).
For snacks you can eat fruit, yogur, low fat jello, low fat pudding etc. Drink a lots of water. Drink low calorie iced tea, or diet soda. If you like candies or chocolates you can eat some nutri grain bars or diet candy bars.

You have many choices, many thing that you can eat now are low in carbs calories and fat.
so you dont need to suffer hunger or kill your self by just eating once a day. How ever to eat once a day is not healthy.

Excersise:

You can walk one hour daily. Do some strech excersise before and after do excersise. If you can not go out for a walk because you need to take care of your kids, you can buy a video of pilates, aerobics, or tae box!!! Cardio exercise will help you to burn calories and fat and increase your stamina and will keep your heart healthy. Pilates is excellent to kill your belly after the birth. Do some cruntches too.

This works believeme, I tried this and I lose 45 pounds in 2 months.

Eat healthy, and take some vitamin supplement like Centrum. Try this for 3 months and let me know if this works for you or not!!!

Something that you can do, you can take a note book and you can write there week by week. Write about everything you feel about your diet, you can even ask your husband to take a picture of you every week and you will see your progress.

Do not only eat once a day! Small meals throughout the day are better. If you eat only once, your body stores reserves because it doesn't know when it will get it again. Small (healthy) meals throughout the day allow your body to constantly burn calories. Running is good, but becomes a stale-mate later. Your body becomes accustomed, and compensates. Change your routine often. Run some times, walk others, throw in a sport you enjoy in between. Swimming is GREAT! High rep weight training w/ cardio is best. But no matter what, change it up; keep your body guessing, and you will KEEP it off, and be in much better shape instead of being thin. Skinny is NOT healthy, you want to be in shape! Plus, you're abs and butt will look better, and that's what you're really after, huh?

The best and effective way to losing weight is change your dietary and exercise regularly. Please eat in moderate, one meal a day is not a durable solution contrary it will bring you health problems after sometime. You must maintain at least 3 meals a day, especially breakfast, it is much more important and try to eat only 70% full for every meal. The key point is not to eat supper or stop eating after 8pm.

Exercise also a good way to reduce your weight, try to exercise regularly, at least 3 times a week and last 30 minutes each time.

Well, you know you're going to get a different answer from every person you talk to. The answer is you have to know yourself. What triggers your bad eating. What kind of activities do you like. What motivates You. Basically whatever has caused you to lose weight the best in the past, that is what you should stick with. Don't look for any diet pills, fad diets. or "abdominizer" machines.

eat all 3 meals, if u dont then u will gain weight, ur body becomes comfused and thinks it is starving so it holds onto more fat and calories..... best exercise is just walkimg, jogging, running, or swimming. swimming will melt it off super fast and other than that, just go with portion control. no meats bigger than the palm of your hand, low on the carbs, and lots of fruits and veggies. if u eat carbs go 2 something like bran, or whole wheat and soy milk will clean u inside out and its nice 2 burning fat so some of that a couple times a day.

OK here's the deal!! for the love of god eat good until you stop breast feeding! (you better be breast feeding) Then you can start dieting and that's when you hit up the gym and some health forums to learn about weight loss!

phentermine works really well for weight loss! plus it sounds like you need to eat more food but healthy foods in small portions! good luck
