I was reading of some religions christan and catholic taht practice this. Its when a man Spanks his wife? Does anyone practice that if so Does it really make a relationship stronger? Thats what I read..personally I find this a bit odd.

Been catholic, now a Christian (the two are NOT even close BTW), and I have never heard of it. Weird. Not a biblical thing. May be a man made rule of some other religions/cults. Cannot see how this makes a marriage relationship stronger. It is more about power and control and humiliation. Like spanking a child. Not healthy for two married people.

Quite a few couples practise DD (Domestic Discipline). Usually it's the male spanking the female, though sometimes the reverse, and sometimes they both spank each other - otherwise known as the 'Spencer Plan'. Not my scene - I prefer spankings to be more playful and erotic, with 'punishment' just part of the play-acting - but I know several couples who practise it and say that it does make their relationship stronger.
But as far as I know there's no necessary link to any organised religion, and my impression is that it's slightly more common in America than in Europe.

As with different solutions i discover the time period "self-discipline" particularly ominous.If the relationship is one among absolute renounce to the different companions will ( as with particular fundamentalist beliefs) there'll be no questioning on any subject.That rule is regulation. to grant a settlement in basic terms signifies that this lady is being thoroughly submissive.Its no longer a query of criteria yet 2 loving those with a bond uniting both.

This is the first I've heard of this particular practice. I am fairly certain the Bible never tells men to SPANK their wives.

I have read the bible through over and over several times and i never read that, so it seems thats its not true, if you find anything about it in the bible be sure and let me know.
