Carefully handle two rocks dry ice and a thrid-cup of dishwashing soap. At a large party, go in the bathroom. Put the soap and dry ice in the toilet tank. DO NOT FLUSH!!!
The next unsuspecting person--espicially one who is still on the "throne" when they flush, is gonna get a whoooshhhh of soap bubbles all over the place!!
Here's another cool idea: With a foot long ruler and full bottle of baby powder, find a door that opens INWARD. Run a line of powder just under the door and use the ruler to push/pack it in.
Once you have filled up the crack under the door from end to end and it's tight, move on and find a place to hide and wait for the apartment owner..... Here's what'll happen: The person opens the door INWARD.....and POOOOFFFF!!!! The entire room goes white with a fog-like fine mist of baby powder....which gets into the air ducts of all those high tech stereo and video equipment......as well as on them and any dark clothing.....
Hope to see one of these on a funny video TV show.

there is a video on the net of some 1 that ties a string of firecrackers to a sleeping persons leg and then lights them....hilarious

I'd say -"Cigarett loads"...Theyre like short-1/4"toothpicks that get stuck in the end of a cig...and when lit produce a 1/2 hr ....of laughter!! lol

Go around a public place and pretend you are advertising something with paper but the paper really says "Throw Me Away!" and hand it to people walking around.

Putting the clapper (a device that turns things on and off as you clap your hands) on somebody's computer. Walk in the room and clap three times, and their computer shuts down.

Put whip cream on somebodys hand then tickle their face and they will get a face full of whip cream!
Then, put one of those sticky glue traps on the side of their bed on the ground so when they get up to beat the crap out of you they will get stuck!
