Where is the best place to go on a first date?

We are both incomming seniors in high school.

I want the date to be not too much but not to little either.

i think the zoo or the beach is a good idea, but there aren't any around where i live.

i don't want it to be too fancy or expensive, we are both adventurous..

i don't want it to be too romantic because we're not boyfriend girlfriend yet.

i don't want it to be boring, we already talk alot on the phone and online ..

i have absolutely NO IDEA on where to go.. what do you guys think??

i like going to fun places....mini golf, movies, dinner, ice cream parlor, arcades, theme parks etc

the beach can be good
a ex bf of mine took me to a rock concert. that was cool but its hard to talk and get to know each other.
movies are cool

you seem like a resturant is out of the question.. so do something active, like go rock climbing, swiming, roller skating, ice skating, hikeing, anything active

go somewhere that is public. go to a movie. Go somewhere where there are a lot of people. Don't go to a drive inn
