You could try naming it for one of the lesser characters in a favorite movie. Like I named my pug Mooby, after the Golden Calf in the movie "Dogma". Also "Echo" & "Shadow" are good names for lap dogs, because they are always near you.

these are cute yorkie names : emma, lady, snicker, lucy, lacy, oreo, matty, claire, porky, and pete ( i keep a list for future pets) if you didnt like these name, there are lots of websites for dog names . check them out!

How about York? Or maybe, depending on the color, stripes, or in my case, fuzzy or cuddles since that is what they are to me, especially cuddles. Good luck with the puppy!! DOGS RULE!!
