sure, i do.
Especially if you are under a lot of stress, or are put under stress fairly frequently, you will succumb to headaches.

However, if it becomes more frequent than that, or the pain is excruciating, moreso than the average headache, you may be going through a bout of migraines.

You can get medication for that.

If it gets worse, you may want to contact a doctor.

Headaches come in different types and the location and type of pain will tell a doctor how to treat it.

There is one type of headache that actually involves heart surgery to fix it for good.

Anyway, check out this link and follow through. You'll get a long way towards an answer.

Good luck!

No, how does having chronic headaches seem normal? I myself have always suffered with awful headaches, I'd say daily. I went to an "Osteopathic Physician" and afterwards, haven't had a headache since.

Look them up, only 10% of Physician's are Osteopaths.

For most people, what you say won't be normal, but for your physiology, it may be normal - part of your life. I am assuming that the severity of the pain is not increasing. I am also assuming that X-rays and possibly CAT scans have revealed nothing.

Our body is always stressed (that is being part of Nature). We get headaches when the heart pump more blood into the head as a response to some stress. In your case, this process may be too sensitive.

I am not a doctor, but I can give you the following advice from my personal experience:

One of the major stresses comes from your stomach and the digestive system and you may not be aware of it.

Avoid smoking altogether; reduce consumption of alcohol to a minimum.

Reduce consumption of MILK PRODUCTS. Stop drinking milk directly from the pack; boil it first for 3 mins. Avoid heavy food.

Drink lots of clean water. Maintain regular bowel habits.

Learn how to relax in any situation (requires training)

Try this for some months and get back to me if it works for you
