HI!!! ok ive been working on my six pack and lawrance has helped me sooo much thnks man!!!! ur the best but do u know how to work ur obliques?? or how ever u call those muscles in ur hips or n top of ur hips or orund that area that v shaped muscle??? plz help thnks!!

The twisty crunches with variations are good.

Like the scissor crunches with your knee and opposite elbow touch.

The lines that go downward? I think possibly doing sit ups on your side...abroller helps with that.
