My ex-friend once had a major spaz in a van in the middle of Vancouver because my friends and me had been looking at guys and she started screaming her head of and my other friend told her to shut up and the ex-friend attacked her and started hitting her and saying "GIVE ME YOUR NECK, GIVE ME YOUR NECK!" and she has been doing that kind of thing since Kindergarten and her parents dont do anything about it. The question is: do you think she should go to therapy?

Weird. I think something's definitely not right there. But honestly, I'm skeptical how much therapy will help unless SHE sees a problem. I'd be curious to know her explanation for the time. It sounds like it wasn't really about the incident, but that it triggered something in the past that was really upsetting to her. Probably, if the two of you are no longer friends, there's not much you can do for her.

Honestly yes. Most of us would like to strangle someone once and a while but we never do anything about it because of laws and morality. Get her some help, she may have a serious problem and it won't cure itself unless she gets diagnosed and gets help right away.

No, i think she deserve to stay all the little girl want was to seek attentsion who cares if she tangle someone there million of other people to tangle out there tell the parent of the boy/girl she tangle and ask them to make another one you know what i mean yes that right

Yeah, she needs help. I think that you should tell a counselor or someone. Don't leave her to do things like that.
