He likes you as a friend - and you're getting your news second hand. If you like him more than that, you need to go talk to him and ask him how he feels -- and be prepared for whatever answer he gives, good bad or indifferent. Good luck.
And if you are 13 years old, I hope he's 12 or 13...good luck.

U guys are friends .kul , Well i think u should behave in a kind of flirty manner; then you crack some jokes like " silly , i was imagining us dating " then change the topic. he would understand dont bother
