I have brown short/medium hair that gets knots in like 5 minutes i dont like my look and i want to change it. I have hazel eyes an of course brown eyebrows and people think blonde is hot how should i do my hair?? Get bangs, die my hair, get high lights, let it grow im open to any opinion!! Please help!!!

If your hair gets knots in it very easily, that tells me it is very porous. Until you can remedy that situation, I'd definately stay away from ANY chemical work. ( color/perm etc.)
What you're needing is a good moisturizing deep treatment. I have a client that has hair similar to yours. Her hair has always been very porous and she insists on highlighting. With the right products, she is able to control the hair so that it isn't all nappy and knotted at her neckline. (It's a little over collar length, but she doesn't wear collars per se) Paul Mitchell makes a product called Super Charged Moisturizer. That does wonders for her hair, as well as the Smoothing line in Nioxin.
As far as changing your style, find a stylist who is well trained at looking at your face shape/features and one who also can analyze your hair to see what it will and won't do. As a professional myself, it is impossible to tell you what would look good on you without seeing you in person or with just the bit of info you've given. With just the info you've given, I'd say you could probably get away with blonde highlights (once your hair is in good shape) especially since you have hazel eyes. But beyond that, avantars don't give a true picture of a person. Go see a pro! If you don't have a trusted stylist now, then ask someone who's hair you like. If you see someone at the store, or at work that has cute hair, ask who does it. That is one of the best ways to find someone. Good luck!

It's up to you, but I think if you let it grow out a little more, that would look nice, or maybe get some blonde highlights. What you can do is what a girl I know did, which the same length as you, she put like half up/half down. It'll look good, don't worry =]

I think the best solution would be to either ask your friends or your hairstyler...because at least they can see your face and tell you what would really suit your face. I mean coloring your hair is something pretty permanent lol and you don't want to be stuck with something you don't like for month...
