Yes, absolutely.

My wife is married to me with 4 children and I have the opportunity to be with her for the rest of my life.

I wish others could be so lucky.

If I had the opportunity, I wouldnt take it because I would care for that person enough not to interrupt his life. I mean, c'mon people!!! He'd have kids!!!

Nope, breaking up a family is never worth it. Besides if someone would leave who they are currently with for you what will happen when someone else comes along they are interested in?
