Oatmeal is a product made by processing oats.

In North America, oatmeal means any crushed oats, rolled oats, or cut oats used in recipes such as oatmeal cookies. The porridge made from this is also called oatmeal or oatmeal cereal. However in other parts of the English-speaking world, oatmeal means coarsely ground oats (cf cornmeal, wheatmeal, peasemeal, etc.).

Oatmeal is produced from oats and is amazingly healthful. Wheat flour is produced from wheat yet there are also many different flours... barley flour... and so on. It sounds like you're not from now on meant to devour some thing procedure right down to the point that it truly is flour. Wheat may likely be fantastic see you later because it truly is entire wheat. yet note that even entire wheat bread has flour in it so examine the labels. good success!
