Your not trying to love either one, you just like the experience of being with both without a commitment. Thats cool, if there are no real attachments then you have great relationships but leave love out of it...

Both have qualities and attractiveness levels that you appreciate - you just can't get it all in one package, try as you might, and compromise is key.
If you can't commit to either, then tell them each the truth, that you can't, you enjoy their company but that's all you are offering. They can then decide for themselves what they want to do, stick around or leave. Then the decision might be clearer for you at that point.
