First of all, "Yahweh" is just another Name for the same God that we also know as "Jehovah" in the Old Testament of the Bible. Jehovah became a "Man" in the New Testament, and His Name their is "Jesus Christ". If you want a "copy" of the 613 Old Testament "Laws", all you need is the Bible, or more accurately, the Old Testament IN the Bible, which RECORDS ALL 613 LAWS. Where do you THINK that we got the 613 laws to begin with? They are ALL in the Old Testament of the Bible, which you can find ANYWHERE if you simply open your eyes.

If you are looking for an "instant" copy. . .they're probably out there somewhere on the Internet. . .but:
You may especially enjoy Rabbi Telushkin's informative book, "Biblical Literacy" - to be found in the Judaica section of your local bookseller (esp. Borders or Barnes & Noble).
The last section of his book details each of the Torah Commandments (i.e., every time G-d "commands" something to be done. . .from Genesis to Deuteronomy. . .613 in total).
The bulk of his book discusses the Hebrew Bible. . .key events and individuals. . .the customs of the time. . .and some of the key Torah commandments and their historical to present day meaning in Jewish tradition (example: that the prohibition against adultery means sexual relations involving a "married female", not if either party is married!)
Clearly the book was written with both the Jew and Gentile in mind.
Hope this helps!
