First: Does she Know or have some idea?Second :Do you talk too her?If the answer too these two questions is yes. That alone is a good start. However if it's "NO" . You have too start a small conversation with her. Even if it's a simple Hello, How was your weekend or Her summer? But if you talk too her. Buy her a Expression card that has more of what you would like too say to her based on your true feeling add in your own writting how you really like her alot and just too let her know how much you like her. your giving her a rose because you think of her often. you cant just come out and tell a girl you like her! you have to talk to her first and stuff. then suggest that you two should hang sometime like on a date. find out if she likes you then make your move

take her out somewhere, ease in to a conversation... ask her who she likes and when she asks you back then just tell her
or if you prefer to let your actions do the talking,
just treat her like a queen and speak highly of her to your friends, especially when she's around

well girls really like sweet things so like if you kno what this girl is in to then u can like get her flowers and rite her a note and jus spill yur feelings for her and i promise even if she isnt into you she will still have sum feelings for you after that because she will feel like u trust her and she will feel like you really want to be with her ... well i hope i helped byeee
