How do I let this guy know I really like him?

Im kind of shy when it comes to this guy and I really want to talk with him. I dont know how to get the idea across though. I just want to ease into this subject when I talk to him, so if any one has any advice it would be useful!!


We do cross country with eachother. What good gestures might let him know I like him?

Just talk to him. Tell him, when you both have a minute to relax and not in the middle of the cross country run, that you really enjoy hanging out with him and that you like him as more than just friends and you want to know how he feels about you. Then be kind and step back and really listen, and be ready for whatever news he tells you good or bad or indifferent. That way, no confusion, you get to the point. No pressure, you don't need to make out then and there.

Hmm... well you might wanna send small signals like just touching a shoulder when you guys laugh at something or just ask him if he wants to do something else for a change, like, watch a movie or go for a walk or go shopping with you. Get to know him lots before you do anything intimate. And when you feel just right, tell him how you feel, when you're alone and comfortable, but don't be too extra. Or, if he feels the same about you, he might ask you first. But don't be too tag-along-ish, he'll get annoyed. Hope that helps.

I don't think its good to tell him I like you because I feel that you will kind of stop that chase feeling and even if he liked you, he may think you are not interesting anymore because he can have you so easy.
What I would do is ask him to either study with you or go to the movies or something like that where you can have more fun or even join you and your friends.It should be spontaneous.That's so much fun. More he is around you more relaxed around him you'll become.
I am shy myself and before I got married I had few long term relationships but I was never able to initiate the relationship and tell the guy "I like you". I would wait, be in the guys company and wait for either him or one of his friends to ask me if I like him and wanna be with him.
So use your best judgment but I would say just try to be more around him.

Breaching the subject of being attracted to someone can be hard to do. I assume you like spending time with him. I assume he does too. In a lighter moment of doing cross-country, you can tell him and see what he says. Offer to be his work-out partner at a gym.

hard to believe that girls have crushes on guys without the guys picking up hints.. -.- well, just start up a conversation with him, get to know him, if you still decide you wanna go out with him, then drop some major hints that even guys could pick up =p if he doesnt catch on, then he is either taken, or is not interested, and if you rule those 2 out, then just tell him really hope this helps

If he hasn't figured it out by now you are going to have to be very direct. Kiss him. On the lips. If he doesn't like that then ask him if he thinks you're pretty. And why hasn't he made a move on you yet?
