If a person, man or woman, says no. The answer is no. If they say yes, no, yes, no, then they are confused and you should probably ask again later. There have been times when a person's heart and head don't agree but the answer they give you first, without thinking, is how they truly feel.

No, they say no and they mean no. There are sometimes when you are able to get them so turned on that even when they say no and mean it, that they don't have the physical strength to do anything to stop the guy. Then when they are done, if the guy did enough so that they had a great time, then they feel that they really did want it even though they said that they did not want it and they did mean that.

No, it's not true. No means no. If you can't tell the difference between when a woman means yes and no, then take it to mean no. Avoid the trouble you'll get into by presuming she means yes.

Not exactly. But first you have to understand her completely. Meaning that you should know her for sometimes. It is dangerous if you take for granted that "no" means "yes" especially to strangers. If you associate this question for sex purposes, you might be ended with committing an offence and liable for you wrong doing. In certain extend, "no" means shyness which can lead to "yes"..but your professionalism is required. Example; be gentle and polite to her..the "no" could turn into "want".
