I just love your eyes(or hair). or This color looks nice on you.
I like the way I can always trust you to tell me the truth.
or You have such a gentle way about you. It needs to be something on this order that is a true attribute of this person not something you heard about someone else. Although, "That color flatters your eyes(or complexion) is pretty easy to use."
Also, use words that you normally would use.

look hon there is not one thing in particular that women like to hear, every woman is different where one thing might mean the world to one to another it means nothing. i think you just have to get to know the person and be honest, and be yourself, one thing women hate are frauds. i always say what i don't like for myself i won't give to others and being a lady that works for me. trust your heart and all the best

My boyfriend uses the sweetest terms of endearment when we are with each other. He calls me his sweet baboo, and dear heart. I enjoy it when he calls me honey, and sweetheart, but those first two are the ones that I love the most!

every once in awhile look at her and say " you are so beautiful" and make it sound like you are just realizing it for the first time. They love that
