I bought some hand peeled baby shrimp today and some mixed baby greens. I want to make myself a nice salad without enriching it with much salt or fat with still having delicious flavor.

Here's a dip:

Shrimp louis dip - butter busters ^
Categories: Low-cal/fat Appetizer Pickles
Yield: 12 servings
1 c Kraft fatfree mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 c Fatfree sour cream
⅓ c Chopped green pepper
¼ c Chile sauce
1 ea Tb prepared horseradish
¼ t Lite salt, optional
⅛ t Ground pepper
2 c Finely chopped cooked shrimp

1/4 cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice (from a lemon, not the bottle)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Try plain yogurt with dill - preferably fresh dill - and lemon juice.
